Includes access to the pool, jacuzzi, shaded seating, and sports areas for a relaxed, social vibe in a stunning mountain-view retreat.
Rate: $100/hour
Party Packages
Ideal for celebrations big and small. Host birthdays, baby showers, or any special event with full access to our beautiful backyard venue, including the pool, jacuzzi, grassy lawn, and shaded lounge areas. Create an unforgettable experience for up to 150 guests.
SOCIAL PACKAGE (25–50 GUESTS)
Ideal for mid-sized gatherings, such as family parties, casual birthdays, or group hangouts with friends.
Rate: $150/hour
CELEBRATION PACKAGE (51–100 GUESTS)
Perfect for larger events like milestone birthdays, weddings, quinceañeras, gender reveals, and other big celebrations.
Rate: $200/hour
GRAND CELEBRATION PACKAGE (101-150 GUESTS)
Designed for larger events and big celebrations. Accommodates 100 to 150 guests with all the features of the Standard Package, plus additional space planning and coordination to comfortably host bigger groups. Required on-site cleaning staff ensures smooth, real-time cleanup during your event for an elevated, worry-free experience.
Rate: $250/hour
Please note that all other services—such as catering, music, tents, tables, and more—must be arranged separately by the renter. However, we proudly work with a curated list of trusted vendors who specialize in these services. We highly recommend them, as they bring creativity, professionalism, and your vision to life. You can explore our recommended options under the ‘Our Vendors’ tab. A cleaning fee will also be added to the total cost of the booking, as well as any extra amenities you choose—please feel free to ask about these options if you’re interested.
