When you rent our venue, you’ll have access for up to 150 guests between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (custom times available). Rates range from $100–$250 per hour depending on event size and access level, with a 3-hour minimum booking. A refundable security deposit is required, and a cleaning fee will be quoted based on event size. While services like catering, music, tents, and tables must be arranged separately, we highly recommend the trusted vendors we partner with—each carefully selected to help bring your vision to life.  Yes, our venue offers both indoor and outdoor options for your event. The indoor space can be added to your booking for an additional $500. If a bedroom is included in the booking, there is an additional $200 charge to cover carpet cleaning.

We do not offer in-house catering services but we have a list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend.

 Yes! You are welcome to bring any licensed vendors of your choice. 

 Yes, you’re welcome to play music, but we kindly ask that it be turned off by 10:00 PM since this is a residential area. This helps us remain courteous to neighbors and respectful of the community. 

Yes, parking is available on the property and nearby street.

 A cleaning fee may be added based on the event type and size and will be quoted during booking. When booking only the backyard space and bathroom, standard cleaning for those areas is included. If the $500 indoor space add-on is selected, cleaning for that area is included in the fee. If a bedroom is included in the booking, an additional $200 carpet cleaning charge will apply.
