Book Your Event at The Lookout Sand Canyon

 Refund & Rescheduling Policy 

 At The Lookout Sand Canyon, we offer a fair and simple refund policy. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you'll receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, up to 14 days before your event, based on availability, and the new date must be within 6 months. In case of unexpected events like natural disasters or emergencies, we’ll issue a credit valid for 12 months. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

Cleaning Fee Information

 Please note that the cleaning fee is not included in your booking and will be added at the end of your reservation. Amenities may also be added to your booking (see the Packages tab for details).

Chill & Play Package: $200 cleaning fee
Social Package: $250 cleaning fee
Celebration Package: $300 cleaning fee
Grand Celebration Package: $350 cleaning fee

 If you choose to add the indoor suite/living area, there is an additional $200   cleaning fee.
If you choose to book the extra bedroom, a $300 cleaning fee will also apply.

 Event Insurance

To ensure a safe and worry-free experience, special event liability insurance is included with your booking at The Lookout at Sand Canyon. The policy will be issued in your name, with The Lookout Sand Canyon listed as an additional insured. This coverage is provided at no extra cost and helps protect both you and the venue, giving everyone peace of mind to fully enjoy the celebration.

Please note: Insurance is provided through a third-party carrier and applies only to the booked event date(s). Coverage terms are set by the provider. Guests are encouraged to review the policy details to ensure it meets their event needs.

Administrative Fee

 A $325 service fee is applied to each booking.

This fee supports the administrative and coordination work required to prepare and manage your event behind the scenes. It covers contract preparation, insurance setup and verification, event documentation, scheduling, and all communication via phone, text, and email leading up to your event.
