Cancellation, Refund, and Add-On Policy

 At The Lookout Sand Canyon, we offer a fair and simple refund policy. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you'll receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, up to 14 days before your event, based on availability, and the new date must be within 6 months. In case of unexpected events like natural disasters or emergencies, we’ll issue a credit valid for 12 months. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The cleaning fee for the outdoor space is included in your booking. If you decide to add on access to the indoor suite or living area, an additional cleaning fee will apply. This add-on can be paid for separately on the day of your event.
